The Healing Journey

There I was, standing at the crossroads of heartbreak and self-love. It was a journey I never thought I'd embark on - a journey of separation.

I felt a whirlwind of emotions - compassion for my past self, fear of the unknown, frustration at the situation, yet a strange sense of “it will be ok”. There was some loneliness, yes, but also a newfound love for myself. I felt confusion for the past decisions, yet was surprised by the strength I discovered within me.

The healing journey was tough, but it was also transformative. As I navigated the path of separation, I realized the importance of self-love. It dawned on me that we often forget to care for ourselves while caring for others. But, it's essential to fill our own cups first before pouring into others. This realization was a game-changer. I started prioritizing myself, investing in my growth, and celebrating my victories, no matter how small. I began the healing journey from Heartbreak to Self-Love. I began to heal, to grow, to love myself more each day. And now, I'm here to share my journey with you. To tell you that it's okay to prioritize yourself. To assure you that self-love is not selfish but necessary. To remind you that, no matter what you're going through, you're stronger than you think.

In my book “Strong Women Finish Rich,” I have shared my thoughts and experience about self-love. I called it “Love Yourself First.” Self-love is not an occasional treat, and it’s not a selfish behaviour. It’s a necessity… to live well. Join me on this journey of growth and self-love. Let's heal, grow, and love ourselves together.
