SMALL STEPS INTO A NEW CHAPTER

Starting a new chapter in life can feel overwhelming, especially when it isn’t by choice.

After my marriage ended, I had no roadmap.

But I’ve learned that writing your next chapter is less about big leaps and more about small, intentional steps.

Here’s what helped me:

• Movement. Long walks by the beach gave me clarity.

• Creativity. Picking up a paintbrush reconnected me with joy.

• Connection. Volunteering in my community reminded me I wasn’t alone.

• Purpose. Coaching women helped me turn pain into impact.

• And creating new love

Each small choice, built momentum.

Over time, I realised reinvention isn’t becoming someone new.

It’s remembering who you’ve always been and letting her shine again.

That’s what I now teach: your next chapter doesn’t have to start with a grand plan.

It begins with one step, one act of courage, one choice to invest in yourself.
