RISING AFTER A FALL

Life has a way of knocking us flat.

Divorce was my fall—it shattered my confidence, my plans, and my sense of who I was.

For a while, I lived in survival mode, convinced the best of life was behind me.

But here’s the lesson I found at rock bottom: the ground is still solid there.

And solid ground means you can rebuild.

Rising again doesn’t happen overnight.

It comes in small choices—getting out of bed, making a new decision, daring to believe tomorrow might hold something good.

Each small act becomes a brick, and slowly, a new foundation forms.

Being “stuck” isn’t a life sentence.

It’s simply the space where your heart gathers the strength to rise.

And when you do rise, you come back not as the person you once were, but as someone stronger, wiser, and more authentic.

Endings are never just endings.

They’re beginnings disguised as loss.

Sometimes, it’s in the cracks of our broken life that the light

pours in most brightly.
