FROM SILENCE TO SELF

When my marriage ended, I wasn’t just heartbroken.
I found myself in a big empty space.
The silence in my home was so loud it echoed through every part of me.
I felt invisible, irrelevant, and, worst of all, maybe too old to start again.
But life has a gentle way of leading us back to ourselves.
For me, it began with the smallest steps — a walk by the sea, the brush of paint on canvas, the courage to raise my hand in my community.
Slowly, those moments became the building blocks of a new life.
I realised reinvention doesn’t mean discarding who you are.
It means finding the woman beneath the pain, the woman you’ve always been but maybe forgot. That discovery changed everything.
Now, I help women like you find your way through silence, grief, and uncertainty into something beautiful:
A next chapter written with love, courage, and hope.
What's one bold move you'd write into your next chapter today?
To your Rich life,
Edna Ferman
