Walks along the beach,

art on canvas,

connecting with community,

finding new love,

and coaching other women like you

became my anchors and my guideposts.

Today, I believe every ending is an invitation —

an invitation to awaken to possibility,

to trust yourself,

and to embrace a life that truly reflects who you are.
