THE GIFT IN THE PAUSE

Let’s talk about the pause—the space between what ended and what’s not yet begun, and the gift in the pause.

When my marriage ended, everything came to a halt.

Dreams I had built collapsed overnight.

Plans disappeared.

For a while, I labelled myself as “in an undefined place.”

I thought I was failing at life because I wasn’t moving forward.

But over time, I came to see the pause differently.

It wasn’t punishment—it was an invitation. ✨

The pause gave me space to ask myself powerful questions:

Who am I without the labels?

What do I want now?

What kind of future do I choose to create?T

he pause is uncomfortable, no doubt.

It can feel endless and heavy.

But it’s also fertile ground.

It’s the place where healing takes root, where clarity begins to grow,

and where courage gathers strength.

In the pause, we often discover parts of ourselves we had silenced for years.

Being “in an undefined place” doesn’t mean you’re broken.

It means you’re becoming.

And when the time is right, you’ll rise —

not as who you were,

but as who you were always meant to be.⭐️
